20F, 5'6 250 lbs, gained ALOT of weight due to pcos, lost 30 but now in a slump. I try to stay positive and healthy though, i figure if I love my body I'll be more kind to it! Here's my "normal nude" :)
20F / 129lbs / 5'8" Not very confident in my body after 50lb weight loss. My breasts are uneven and sagging and my thighs are covered in stretch marks.
[18 M] 5'6 127 lbs. I've recently gained 10 pounds and I'm not liking my body. I know it's not healthy, but I really want the weight gain I've resorted to severely under eating to try to lose the weight.
26/f/140 lbs/5'3" - a bit nervous, but here I am baring my least favorite body part: my uneven, odd looking breasts (changed due to weight loss) AND my favorite body part: my very nice butt
here is a short update on my progress, 28 5'8 209. weight bounces back and forth but i see progress =] just swimming and weights when i can for my workouts.
F22 5'5 unknown weight. This body isn't perfect but it's survived an eating disorder and sexual assault. Love your body for what it can do, not how it looks. ❤️
F21/5'4/138 lbs. Please ignore the clothes on the floor, my room is constantly messy but I'm in the process of sorting things. Just wanted to show an update to my weight loss progress, I'm pretty close to my goal weight now and I'm happier than ever with
About 9 months and a lot of hours in the gym are between these two photos. No diets or any changes to my eating during this time. Oddly, I weight the same in both. Joined weight watchers about 3 weeks ago so have just recently changed my diet.. interested
