26m, 25 days, down to 299 from 314 ... gotta stay disciplined on the diet, gym is building muscle fast. Feeling good ... except for the small D, but what r u gonna do lol
M/35/5'11"/200 > 190, Stopped cardio (only increased my appetite) and now focusing on diet (low sugar), building muscle, and walking. Happy with the results so far :)
