M/23/5'9/137 lbs. Just starting to work out after injury. Want to work on strengthening legs and back, but I'm afraid of pushing myself due to scoliosis and previous spinal injury. Comments or advice welcome!
27f/5'6/199lbs - I've been insecure about my boobs after lost 137 lbs and will keep lose more lbs but I got a feeling that I can't accept my boobs like this.
