M/23/5'9/137 lbs. Just starting to work out after injury. Want to work on strengthening legs and back, but I'm afraid of pushing myself due to scoliosis and previous spinal injury. Comments or advice welcome!
*Update* Still looking about the same bc I fell off my diet and havent worked as much I planned due to work and my travel schedule. Need to get back on my grind!

take a gooooood look at what you’re missing. look at how pretty it is. how inviting it looks. think about how badly you want to taste... then get back to fucking work worshiping my feet until I fall asleep.
