My fitness progress. 32 years, 5'10", 150 lbs, 11-12% bodyfat. Don't wanna lose weight, but, do wanna get a more ripped midsection, and bigger glutes. Please give me feedback if you can. Any advice is more than welcome, thanks
I have severe social anxiety which has pretty much left me FA, but started working out about a year ago to help change that. Lost about 30 pounds from when i first started. Feel free to comment or give advice!
I got my daughter a job as my boss's secretary thinking that, after having worked there for 10 years, he would give me his position once he retired. Instead he promoted his son, who he had just hired. Safe to say I regret getting my daughter that job.. sh
