34F / 5'4" / 125lbs -- I can normally hide it with clothes, but there's no hiding when nude! Lack of tone, no butt, & saggy chest. I'm going to start exercising. Wish me luck!
Spent most of my life insecure about my dark, lippy vulva and feeling like I needed to go under the knife to fit the ideal. Here's one small step towards acceptance.
F/25/5'7"/155 lbs I've gained about 15 lbs recently and it makes my mild scoliosis much more noticable. Going to try to brave this awful winter and get to the gym more. Encouragement appreciated!
Six weeks of going to the gym on the regular and maintaining what fitbit says is at least a 500 calorie deficit daily. Two pounds down. I don't even see a difference. F, 223, 5'4"

f/22/5'11"/235lbs. 47"/41.5"/49.5", supposedly 28% body fat. Between the scars and the stretch marks, I'm basically a tiger. Started really counting calories and going to the gym this month. <3 this community.
this is good, although the wide go pro camera gives a distorted angle of view. longer lenses will better compress the scene and give a view closer to the human ideal
