I have severe social anxiety which has pretty much left me FA, but started working out about a year ago to help change that. Lost about 30 pounds from when i first started. Feel free to comment or give advice!
1 week in, 6 lbs down from first weigh-in just dieting. Not much difference, but a little less bloated. 6'5" 308lbs, feeling confident :) Now to start at the gym and work on that fat pad and love handles!
