24/M/~6'1 before: ~250(not my worst) after: 198 - made huge strides. My beard this morning was a mess and mak9ng a dumb face but... I'm done losing weight. Now to tone up and bulk up!
My fitness progress. 32 years, 5'10", 150 lbs, 11-12% bodyfat. Don't wanna lose weight, but, do wanna get a more ripped midsection, and bigger glutes. Please give me feedback if you can. Any advice is more than welcome, thanks

M/19/6'/285lbs Obese virgin who recently gained some weight and started to lose some (10lbs). Hoping to track progress here. Also self conscious about penis size/shape.
M/27/5'7" (260-201) Started losing about 10 months ago. Have been around the same weight for a couple months, but still feel like I've made progress in that time
