M 21/5'9"/162 Lost 10 lbs of muscle and gained back pain after a combination of a very sedentary 2 months and eating too little. Never a fan of the razor either. Just started working out again, feeling a bit better and more confident.
40m. Updates. I've started lifting more and cycling one or two times a week. My weight is still around the 260lb zone but I feel like I've traded fat for muscle. This is me relaxed then flexed.
