40m. Updates. I've started lifting more and cycling one or two times a week. My weight is still around the 260lb zone but I feel like I've traded fat for muscle. This is me relaxed then flexed.
M48 5'9" 188lbs. Strange month. Plateaued at 190 for 3 weeks then dropped 2lbs in the last week. I gained about as much muscle as I lost in fat. I see a small change to my abdomen. Guess the crunches, planks, and lifting are paying off?
34 M 6'3" Started at at 380, last update was 345 and now only down to 335 thus far, but had a rough patch 2015-spring of 2019. Been doing a lot of redistrubition of fat into muscle though, even though it may not be super obvious in the pics.
