39M, 172 to 161 in 5 weeks. Can't seem to get rid of the belly fat no matter what I do tough. Trying to keep calories low and I exercise regularly. Suggestions?
About 9 months and a lot of hours in the gym are between these two photos. No diets or any changes to my eating during this time. Oddly, I weight the same in both. Joined weight watchers about 3 weeks ago so have just recently changed my diet.. interested
M/25/6'2" Started my journey late December @ ~286 lbs. Middle picture taken 02/21 I was at 248 lbs. Current weight is now 235.7 lbs. I'm very excited about my progress but had no one to share with.
31M/5'11"/Before (left, 382 lbs), After (right, 357.2 lbs). This is primarily from a diet and portion adjustment over the past 3 months [I actually started the year off at 390 lbs, max weight last year was 428 lbs; no pics from those times though]
22/M/6’0”/~170lbs - I need advice preferably from other men. I’d really like to get rid of my belly and build up muscle but I have no clue how to start. Thanks
