Update: 25/M/5'10, 207-> 178 pounds The aim was six pack abs, but along the way ive found a new love for running and now the results are just a side benefit. Comments and feedback for toning welcome!
This is progress. I've lost 10 pounds in the past 4 weeks by running. I didn't think to take photos when I started. Could someone comment and give pointers as to how I can better improve my physique.
33/195-ish (inaccurate scale)/bike commuter/starting to run again and train for cyclocross. Would like to get rid of the stubborn belly fat and get back down to 165 so I'm not hauling 30 extra pounds around the track.
