I submitted my last post in self-loathing and insecurity. Thank you for your support and encouragement, I'm trying to appreciate what I have and started exercising.
Just came out to my wife 90 days ago she was super supportive. The reduced stress, and some other life changes have made my self confidence soar. First post, hope y'all like.
