This is progress. I've lost 10 pounds in the past 4 weeks by running. I didn't think to take photos when I started. Could someone comment and give pointers as to how I can better improve my physique.
33/195-ish (inaccurate scale)/bike commuter/starting to run again and train for cyclocross. Would like to get rid of the stubborn belly fat and get back down to 165 so I'm not hauling 30 extra pounds around the track.

Update. M/49/193 1 month. Was shooting for 8, managed 7. I don't see much change, but it's a one day at a time thing. I started running again as well so I feel better too
