Was lifting and finally gaining healthy weight. Got into a string of injuries and feel like I've lost it all. I guess I'm just looking for motivation? I feel like I've always been a stick and am destined to be so.
I fell on an outstretched hand on January 24th. There was no pain besides sore wrists, but approximately 6 weeks later I felt sharp pains when trying to lift an object of any weight. Did I aggravate a small break in my wrist? I.e. is my wrist broken? xpos
40m. Updates. I've started lifting more and cycling one or two times a week. My weight is still around the 260lb zone but I feel like I've traded fat for muscle. This is me relaxed then flexed.
M/48/5'9" : SW=305lbs. CW=190lbs after 18 months. GW is 160lbs. Working with a nutritionist. Six months ago started weight lifting, planks, crunches, and walking. Sleep is VASTLY improved. I'm feeling great clothed and want to look great unclothed too. Fi
