My fitness progress. 32 years, 5'10", 150 lbs, 11-12% bodyfat. Don't wanna lose weight, but, do wanna get a more ripped midsection, and bigger glutes. Please give me feedback if you can. Any advice is more than welcome, thanks
M/23/5'9/137 lbs. Just starting to work out after injury. Want to work on strengthening legs and back, but I'm afraid of pushing myself due to scoliosis and previous spinal injury. Comments or advice welcome!
Thank you all for the support/help/advice because of you guys I was able to get a motel for the past two days, shower regularly eat a meal and line up a job interview next week!
