25 f / 5'4" / 137ish lbs - been chronically ill for about a year now (no exertion allowed) and have lost all my muscle tone and gained some weight. feeling very insecure about my body right now.
27f/5'6/199lbs - I've been insecure about my boobs after lost 137 lbs and will keep lose more lbs but I got a feeling that I can't accept my boobs like this.
I have severe social anxiety which has pretty much left me FA, but started working out about a year ago to help change that. Lost about 30 pounds from when i first started. Feel free to comment or give advice!
M 21/5'9"/162 Lost 10 lbs of muscle and gained back pain after a combination of a very sedentary 2 months and eating too little. Never a fan of the razor either. Just started working out again, feeling a bit better and more confident.
