M 21/5'9"/162 Lost some 10 lbs of muscle and gained back pain after a very sedentary 2 months and eating too little. Just started working out again, any tips to improve general health?
50, 150 Have added core work to my regular routine, has made big difference to middle age spread, still wish had more definition in torso front and back and bigger legs, still pleased with side shot can see an almost flat belly at last!!! has taken a lot
after years of not being able to put any weight on.. it took a lot of work to get here & there's nothing i love more than watching this belly grow! i hope y'all have my back on this journey
