My fitness progress. 32 years, 5'10", 150 lbs, 11-12% bodyfat. Don't wanna lose weight, but, do wanna get a more ripped midsection, and bigger glutes. Please give me feedback if you can. Any advice is more than welcome, thanks
I was made to take 20 mins of 3 crossed bobby pins under a clothespin on each nipple. It made me so wet. I almost came when I ripped them off. I hope you enjoy.
