20f, 98lbs, 5'2"; Everything about me is small and bony and I absolutely cannot stand it. Genetics and anemia makes it hard to keep on fat and muscle, too.
M48 5'9" 188lbs. Strange month. Plateaued at 190 for 3 weeks then dropped 2lbs in the last week. I gained about as much muscle as I lost in fat. I see a small change to my abdomen. Guess the crunches, planks, and lifting are paying off?
