34/M/5"10 It's been over a year since I started. Lost 30 pounds despite some setbacks with injuries and my diet isn't the best, but looking back to when I first started I've come a fair way. Looking forward to losing the next 15kgs...
Update: 25/M/5'10, 207-> 178 pounds The aim was six pack abs, but along the way ive found a new love for running and now the results are just a side benefit. Comments and feedback for toning welcome!
This is progress. I've lost 10 pounds in the past 4 weeks by running. I didn't think to take photos when I started. Could someone comment and give pointers as to how I can better improve my physique.

22/229/5'4 I just got surgery and this is my starting point (as well as my incision that hurts more than it looks). I lost 10 pounds from being in too much pain to walk to my kitchen this past week. I'll post better pictures when I can stand longer.
33/195-ish (inaccurate scale)/bike commuter/starting to run again and train for cyclocross. Would like to get rid of the stubborn belly fat and get back down to 165 so I'm not hauling 30 extra pounds around the track.
