M/49/200/5'10". I was down to 173 but slacked off. Need some accountability. If being buck nekkid in front of strangers isn't sufficient pressure I don't know what is.
Update. M/49/193 1 month. Was shooting for 8, managed 7. I don't see much change, but it's a one day at a time thing. I started running again as well so I feel better too
