This is progress. I've lost 10 pounds in the past 4 weeks by running. I didn't think to take photos when I started. Could someone comment and give pointers as to how I can better improve my physique.
[Question] [Serious] I'm 26 [m]ale. I've lost 20 kgs so far, but I'm too self conscious about my "love handles" and my penis size. Can I please have your honest opinion? I'm not comfortable naked and feel like I'm not making progress.
M/27/5'7" (260-201) Started losing about 10 months ago. Have been around the same weight for a couple months, but still feel like I've made progress in that time
Started working out over a year ago, but these are the first nude pictures i've ever taken. I'll probably take some progress pics periodically. Love to hear comments, or exercise tips based on what you see
28 M 5'9" 178 lbs. 1 Year progress. I'm really struggling to see a difference in the photos.. I'm extremely self conscious about the weight I carry in my waist, especially viewed from behind.
M/25/6'2" Started my journey late December @ ~286 lbs. Middle picture taken 02/21 I was at 248 lbs. Current weight is now 235.7 lbs. I'm very excited about my progress but had no one to share with.
31M, 5'11", 366.2 lbs. I went backwards by 9 lbs this quarter. I got back on track in June, but I'll take this temp L as a permanent 9 lbs weight gain for this quarter. I'm hoping to show some progress again next quarter.
