23/F/5'4/205lbs - Hired a PT 2 months ago and seeing awesome progress. Fixed my diet (paleo for the most part) but always have been insecure about how much I WEIGH. Why am I so dang heavy?! Honest feedback is always appreciated
1 week in, 6 lbs down from first weigh-in just dieting. Not much difference, but a little less bloated. 6'5" 308lbs, feeling confident :) Now to start at the gym and work on that fat pad and love handles!
26m, 25 days, down to 299 from 314 ... gotta stay disciplined on the diet, gym is building muscle fast. Feeling good ... except for the small D, but what r u gonna do lol
Happy (belated) First Day of Spring! Aka the unofficial start of "girls have been fattening up all fall and winter and are squeezing into their 'the diet starts...tomorrow' Spring outfits" season.
*Update* Still looking about the same bc I fell off my diet and havent worked as much I planned due to work and my travel schedule. Need to get back on my grind!
M/35/5'11"/200 > 190, Stopped cardio (only increased my appetite) and now focusing on diet (low sugar), building muscle, and walking. Happy with the results so far :)
The problem with being mixed heritage is that your body hair can't decide weather it wants to be straight or curly. Feeling better about myself since I started my diet. I know I'm not the most defined guy, but I'm happy! M/23 London.
