M/238/5"11 So far progress has been a bit slow since I'm only down about 2 pounds. This time l got the courage to take a pic w/o my underwear. Progress that l did make is that my eating habits have changed for the better since I'm eating food from home in
M48 5'9" 188lbs. Strange month. Plateaued at 190 for 3 weeks then dropped 2lbs in the last week. I gained about as much muscle as I lost in fat. I see a small change to my abdomen. Guess the crunches, planks, and lifting are paying off?
Update. M/49/193 1 month. Was shooting for 8, managed 7. I don't see much change, but it's a one day at a time thing. I started running again as well so I feel better too
M30/5'11" 180lbs needing a little more motivation to lose my last 10 Ibs. Thinking about changing up my workouts. Any advise on how to make it past my stalled out weight.
